I had a great experience during my internship at Chase Street Elementary School. I had a very talented and hardworking mentor and I learned a great deal. These are just a few of the highlights:
- helping organize the visit from local author Pam Alexander
- working on bilingual books order using Titlewave
- attending conferences at UGA and Kennesaw State University
- helping set up, run, and close down Book Fair
- teaching pre-K, Kindergarten, and first grade classes
